FLAKY PASTRY

Materials:

- 1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cake flour.
- 1 glasses of yoghurt.
- 150 gr. of grated white cheese.
- 1.5 glasses of oil.
- 3 eggs.
- ½ bunch of parsley.
- Salt, sesame or black cumin.

Preparation:

- Mix yoghurt, oil , 2 eggs and salt.Add BAŞAK Plain Cake flour and knead until forming soft dough.
- Divide the remaining egg as white and yolk. Mix egg white with cheese and parsley.
- Take pieces from prepared dough and put cheese mix to the middle of pieces. Arrange pieces to pre-greased tray , smear egg yolk to upper surfaces and sprinkle sesame or black cumin.
- Bake in oven that is at 170-175 C for 30-35 min.
