FLAKY PASTRY “PUFF”

Materials:

1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cakeflour.
2 eggs.
1 glass of yoghurt.
1 glass of oil.
1 tablespoon vinegar.
Oil for frying.
Salt.
250 gr. of grated white cheese.
Dill.


Preparation:

Take yoghurt, egg, oil, vinegar and salt into a deep bowl.By adding 1 package of BAŞAK Plain cakeflour knead until smooth dough will form.Wait dough for 5-10 min. by covering a cloth.
Cut dill into small pieces and add grated white cheese. Take pieces from dough and flatten into round shape by means of rolling pin .Put cheese mixes into half of round pieces and wrap
the dough.
Pour oil into frypan and fry the pastry doughs until pinkish color will form.Take fried pastries into paper napkin for draining oil and serve as hot.
