FLAKY PASTRY WITH MEAT

Materials:

- 1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cakeflour.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 glasses of yoghurt.
- 1 glasses of milk.
- 1 tea glass of oil.
- 250 gr. of melted margarine.
- Salt.
For inner mix:
- 350 gr.of lamb in small chunks.
- 3 onion
- 3 tablespoon oil.

Preparation:

- Pour 1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cakeflour to a deep bowl. Make a hole in the middle of flour and add 2 eggs, yoghurt, oil , milk and a small amount of salt. Knead all mix to form a dough of moderate consistency.
- Take small pieces of a walnut size from dough. Sprinkle water over pieces , make flatty shape and smear melted margarine to surfaces.
- Wrap the dough pieces from all side, sprinkle flour and flatten the pieces again by maens of rooling pin.
- Take the lamb chunks to a saucepan , and roast until draining all water.Cut onions into pieces and add saucepan with oil.Cook after adding a small amount of water.After draining water add blackpepper and salt.After meat mix cooled,put them into middle of dough pieces, wrap as the sides of dough meet in the middle and smear egg yolk over them.
- Bake in an oven at 180-200 C for 25-30 min. and serve as hot.
