PASTRY WITH “ CAT TONGUE ” BISCUIT

Materials:

- 250 gr. of “Cat tongue” biscuit.
- 1 package of BAŞAK Pudding with Vanillin flavour.
- 3 egg yolk.
- 4 glasses of milk.
For mix:
- 5 apples.
- 50 gr. of ground walnut.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 2 tablespoon BAŞAK Powdered sugar.
- Grated coconut.

Materials:

- Beat egg yolk thoroughly. Prepare BAŞAK Pudding with 4 glasses of milk and by adding beaten egg yolk.
- In another dish mix grated apples with ground walnut, sprinkle cinnamon and powdered sugar.
- Dampen biscuits with milk and arrange them into glass dish in row. Spread some mix over biscuits and pour some pudding. Repeat this method for other biscuits.Sprinkle coconut over them. Serve after waiting refrigerator.
