PASTRY WITH CROCANT

Materials:

For cake:
- 4 eggs.
- 1 glass of sugar.
- 1 glass of flour.
- 2 tablespoon BAŞAK Cocoa.
- 1 package of BAŞAK Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon margarine.
For cream:
- 1 package of BAŞAK Creampowder with vanillin.
- 2 tablespoon margarine.
- 1.5 glasses of milk.
For crocant:
- 100 gr. of sugar candy.
- 50 gr. of hazelnut, pistachio nut.
- Sliced orange, banana, apricot.
For decoration :
- 1 package of BAŞAK Saucepowder with chocolate.

Preparation:
- Beat cake materials and pour a tray. Bake in an oven at 160-170 C for 40-45 min.
- Prepare cream according to description in package and without waiting put hazelnut, pistachio nut, fruit pieces and cracked sugar candy into cream.
- Cut cake along width from the middle and put one into a deep glassy dish. Pour prepared cream mix over it and place other cake piece on it.
- Prepare sauce with chocolate according to description.Pour immediately over cake that is turned over.Wait in refrigerator and serve cold.
